How are my items made?

All of the items from Lauren Joan are handmade in the United States of America, by the designer Lauren Bulbin in Washington D.C. Our tshirts are printed in Chicago, IL.

What do I do if my item is lost or stolen in the mail?

If your item is lost or stolen in the mail, the mail carrier is responsible for that loss and Lauren Joan is not required to replace any lost or stolen items.

What if my items are broken or damaged in the mail?

If your item is somehow damaged during shipping Lauren Joan will be happy to replace it upon the return of the damaged merchandise.

What materials are used to make this jewelry?

All materials are listed in the piece description. Due to the use of vintage and recycled material we cannot guarantee that metals are lead and nickel free. 

How will my products be shipped?

We ship using the United States Postal Service.

How long will my items take to ship?

They should arrive in 3 to 5 business days after your purchase is made. Lauren Joan will send you tracking information when available.

Refund Information

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your merchandise you can refund your product(s) for the same purchase price, within 30 days of purchase. You can return the merchandise for a refund equaling the same amount your item(s) are worth (i.e. Lauren Joan cannot refund shipping and handling costs), within 30 days of purchase, Lauren Joan will be happy to do so promptly and orderly.
